The Prime minister\’s NPHP has recently added two new cities in the project. The cities made way to the scheme belongs to the southern areas of Punjab. According to authentic sources, the homes under the project will also be constructed in Muzaffargarh and DG Khan.

Minister for Housing Punjab, Mehmood ur Rasheed is expected to visit both cities next week along with his team. However, the Punjab government and Housing Task Force will also conduct site visits in the designated cities.

Earlier, the government had announced the addition of ten more cities after it had announced initial seven cities. Lahore and Multan were also the part of the added cities in NPHP. These cities will see registration in the second phase early next year. After the addition of these couple of cities, the NPHP is now have a total of 19 cities in the project.
