The government of Sindh has stopped the registrations, lease-deeds, sub-leases and sale deeds of various housing societies located in scheme 33 Karachi. According to a letter issued by the Sindh cooperative department to the IG registrations, the following cooperative housing societies in which the Administrator or Incharge of the committee of societies were appointed and who were also got sub-leases and registrations illegally and such investigations were also under process conducting by the NAB authorities.

- Ex-Servicemen CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Al-Habib CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Income Tax employees CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Post Office workers CHS Ltd. Karachi
- KDA officers CHS Ltd, Karachi
- Firdous CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Quetta Town CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Azimabad CHS Ltd. Karachi
- HDA Employees CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Allama Usmania CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Sindhi Momin CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Architect and Engineering Employees CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Kaghan CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Civil Aviation Employees CHS Ltd. Karachi
- National Cement CHS Ltd. Karachi
- Kokan Muslim CHS Ltd. Karachi
- P.C.S.I.R Employees CHS Ltd. Karachi
The department also requested to furnish all the details of registrations and sub-lease issued by the registrar and sub-registrar in respect of above mentioned cooperative societies. The letter also requested to intimate the department before issuing the sub-lease in future, for taking necessary further action.
